To keep your move on track, take a look at our moving house checklist. We suggest starting around six weeks ahead, but if you have less time you can work through it faster.

Wimbledon
For families, individuals and businesses, we take the hassle out of moving with a simple approach to packing, storage, transport and delivery. From Wimbledon Village to South Wimbledon, we know the area and can work around the traffic this busy suburb sees.
All belongings are covered up to £30,000 in transit, and we carry £1m public liability insurance as standard, as you'd expect from a professional local firm.
Wimbledon
Wimbledon has many large family homes, which we consider a speciality. We understand the balance of a home move, family life and keeping possessions safe. We also cover South Wimbledon, a denser residential area on the Northern line, with many terraced houses split between owners and renters. Our man and van service is especially handy for flat shares, where quick moves come round every year or two.
Wimbledon
Wimbledon (SW19) in south-west London has a few distinct parts. Around the main station you'll find excellent transport into London, plus the shopping centre, bars and restaurants, and, of course, the famous tennis. A ten-minute walk up the hill brings you to Wimbledon Village, a well-kept area that feels like a country town.

Prefer to sit back while your things are packed and inventoried? We're happy to help. You only pay for the time we spend, subject to a two-hour minimum on two-person jobs.
Alongside house moves and man and van work, we handle office removals across south-west London. Whether you're relocating to Wimbledon or moving to larger premises in SW19, our trained team will keep your move on schedule, including bulky items such as photocopiers.
For furniture removals in Wimbledon, our team has the lifting and handling skills to move even the bulkiest items without fuss. From a sofa up a long flight of stairs to a divan bed across the area, our man and van service is ready to help.
Whatever you're moving into, a flat, a shared house or a larger home. You'll need materials to protect your things in transit. We supply everything you need, and can even rent you stackable crates if floor space is tight. Just ask us to bring some in the run-up to your move.
Moving into or out of a Wimbledon property sometimes means you need storage for a while, perhaps you're decorating or downsizing. We can arrange:
No hidden fees, a simple hourly rate based on the crew you need. Weekends are charged at +10%.

Wimbledon
For smaller jobs, our Wimbledon man and van service is a flexible, cost-effective option. It's ideal if you have a few bulky items to shift, a bed, a wardrobe or a sofa moved from one part of Wimbledon to another. The service suits:
We can take care of a full property clearance in Wimbledon, for example, clearing a relative's home, or a landlord needing a clearance after tenants move out. We handle flat and house clearances in SW19 professionally and with care.
We offer affordable student moves in Wimbledon, because we know most students keep a close eye on the budget. Whether you're moving into accommodation or heading home at the end of term, our man and van service is ready to help.
Art and antiques need specialist handling, an original piece is irreplaceable. We have the experience to move sculptures, paintings and other artworks safely, and the same care for antiques, whether for a house move or a sale.
Need furniture built rather than moved? Flat pack assembly in Wimbledon is one of our regular jobs. We reassemble anything we take apart during a move, and we'll happily construct new flat pack pieces from scratch, carrying them to the right room first.

We charge a simple hourly rate rather than a fixed day rate, so you only pay for the time your move actually takes. One man and a van is £55 + VAT per hour, two men and a van £75 + VAT per hour, and three men and a van £95 + VAT per hour. As a guide, a typical two-bedroom move in Wimbledon takes around five to six hours including travel. For an accurate figure, ask us for a free no-obligation quote or a video assessment of your property.
Most two-bedroom properties take two to three hours to load and one to two hours to unload, plus the driving time between the two addresses. Access makes a real difference: stairs, lifts and how far the van has to park from your door all add time. Tell us about both properties when you book and we will give you a realistic estimate rather than an optimistic one.
As much as you can give us, booking as soon as your date is confirmed is the surest way to get the slot you want. That said, we keep our schedule as flexible as we can and we regularly take on moves at a few days' notice, so it is always worth asking even if your date is close.
If you have a driveway or off-street parking at both addresses, no. Otherwise we strongly recommend one: the closer the van can park, the faster the job goes and the less it costs you. Suspensions are arranged through the local council for Wimbledon and usually need several working days' notice, so apply as soon as your date is fixed, and remember to arrange one at the address you are moving to as well.
Yes. We carry £30,000 of goods-in-transit cover and £1m of public liability insurance as standard. If you are moving something worth more than the standard cover, tell us in advance and we will extend it for your job. Most household contents policies exclude damage in transit, which is exactly the gap this cover fills.
No. Most customers prefer to be there, but we can carry out the whole move in your absence as long as we have access to both properties, keys, entry codes and alarm details arranged in advance. Tell us where things should go and we will unload into the right rooms.
Yes. Packing is a standard service charged at the same hourly rate, and we can supply boxes, tape and protective materials ahead of the day. We can pack a whole property or just the awkward parts, kitchens, glassware and artwork are the usual candidates.
We dismantle and reassemble beds and flat-pack furniture as a matter of course, and we can build items for your new home too. Please disconnect washing machines and dishwashers, and defrost the fridge and freezer, the day before if you can. If you would rather not, ask us and a member of the team will do it on the day.
Yes. We run 3.5t Luton box vans rather than small transit vans, and the service scales, for a larger property we simply put more crew and more vehicles on the job. Three- and four-bedroom houses are routine work for us.
Yes. Storage is useful when your dates do not line up, when you are downsizing, or when you would rather move in stages. We can store what you do not need immediately and deliver it on to your new address when you are ready for it.
We take a 25% deposit for domestic moves and 50% for business moves to secure your date. The balance is due on completion, once everything has been unloaded at your new address. We accept credit and debit cards.
Yes. Weekend availability is more limited and is charged at a 10% surcharge, so a midweek move is usually better value, but if Saturday or Sunday is the only date that works, book early and we will do our best to fit you in.
Moving dates slip; we understand that. Change or cancel with 11 or more days' notice and there is no charge, if you cancel outright, your deposit is returned within 10 working days. With 10 days' notice or fewer, the deposit covers the booking we have held for you.
