Collection, delivery and assembly of your flat pack furniture

Will Volition Removals pick up flat pack items from Ikea?
Yes, Volition Removals can arrange to pick up items on your behalf from Ikea or other retailers with your permission. Notify the outlet you are using that we will be picking an item up and we will happily transport your goods.
How much does flat pack assembly cost?
We charge a minimum call out rate of two hours, and the rate for one of our operatives is £55 + VAT per hour.
Are Volition Removals insured for transporting goods from shops to my home?
Yes, we are insured as standard to £30,000 goods in transit. If you have recently purchased a piece of furniture and the value is over £30,000, please notify us in advance and we will extend our insurance for your collection and delivery.
Are there any flat pack items you can't construct?
In terms of flat pack furniture, our skilled team members can put most items together. In some instances, however, you may find a retailer requires a specialist familiar with the item to construct it in your home. They will notify you of those special requirements on purchase, and we advise in those circumstances to use the production company's trades people.
I've already had the items delivered, will you still come out and assemble my furniture?
